Customer's reviews

I have searched all over for someone like Courtney. I inquired in the evening about an appointment and she called me the next day first thing in the morning and was able to get me in. She treated my surgically repaired ankle and a new achilles injury I recently suffered. She did a full evaluation and went over the treatment process. She did a shockwave treatment (the sound was so relaxing I almost fell asleep) on my ankle and achilles. The swelling on my ankle was noticeably different immediately after the treatment and the next day it looked normal (which it had not since the surgery). I live in California and flew down to see her before a big golf event, and I will continue to commute for treatment. Courtney is very professional, knowledgable, and her shockwave technology is years beyond other treatment I have received! ~ Daryl M
I have an old spine injury (1991) and have been pretty well .. up until 5 months ago. I was given Full Circle Orthopedics name by a trusted person who could not say enough about Courtney Kelm. It's always a little frightening to just cold call (anyone) when it comes to our back. I am so glad that I did! From the moment I set up an appointment, Courtney has exceeded my expectations in regard to: organization, promptness, competency, thoroughness, and willingness to facilitate options that best suites MY needs. I know that if I reach out to Courtney Kelm, she will return my call, return my email, arrange the next available appt., listen to what I'm saying.... all while offering a wonderful hot tea and a kind smile. Her knowledge and individual attention is why I will return and enthusiastically refer her to any of my friends or family. ~ Inga
If your looking for a healthcare professional who cares and is fully invested in solving your issues Courtney is 100% the best person for the job. She was able to finally diagnose my issue after 4 years of being misdiagnosed. Her approach is completely different from the corporate healthcare process that most of us are used to (10-15 minutes talking with a Dr before they move on to the next patient + cookie cutter treatment). She spends the time researching, listening, testing, and collaborating to make sure your properly diagnosed and to provide all the different treatment options for your specific issue. Her visits aren't covered by insurance but when it comes to something as important as your health its best to pay extra out of pocket to get the quality of service that she provides. ~ Brad S

Questions & Answers

Can you combine mVASC with other treatments?
Yes. We highly recommend a comprehensive, holistic approach to your care. We can help devise a customized plan for you that fits your needs and goals.
What is the cost of mVASC?
mVASC cost varies depending on the market rate which changes. Please discuss more fully with us directly.
What are the risks of mVASC?
There is minimal risk with receiving this treatment. You will receive just a few needle “sticks.” We obtain product from Microvascular Tissues, Inc. (MVT) who uses proprietary methods to minimally manipulate donated human cadaveric tissue and recover the microvascular tissue with its structure intact. Any remaining live human cells in mVASC are no longer capable of proliferation and are not metabolically active. In the end, it is merely structural “pipes and scaffolding” similar to a bone graft used for a fracture to help healing.
How long does it take to recover from mVASC?
Since there is no “pro-inflammatory” stage with mVASC as opposed to PRP and A2M, patients begin to recover and experience relief more quickly, sometimes within just a few weeks. Any soreness experienced is likely more due to the injection itself and not due to the product injected. Patients who have received this treatment comment that it is much less painful and an easier recovery than other injections they have experienced. We recommend relative rest the first week with 25% increase in activity each week thereafter. It can take 6-8 weeks for the full effects of healing with this product. The after care can be discussed in more detail on an individual basis. Visit our Aftercare Page on website for more information on recovery recommendations.
How long does it take for mVASC to work?
Studies show that mVASC begins to blend with your tissues within 1-2 weeks. However, it can take 6-8 weeks for the blood vessels to fully incorporate and provide the HEALING AND REGENERATION intended. Remember, the purpose is to lay “pipelines” so that more volume of key player cells and proteins can enter the area of age or injury. We aim to fix your problem, not temporize it such as with cortisone injections.
