If your looking for a healthcare professional who cares and is fully invested in solving your issues Courtney is 100% the best person for the job. She was able to finally diagnose my issue after 4 years of being misdiagnosed. Her approach is completely different from the corporate healthcare process that most of us are used to (10-15 minutes talking with a Dr before they move on to the next patient + cookie cutter treatment). She spends the time researching, listening, testing, and collaborating to make sure your properly diagnosed and to provide all the different treatment options for your specific issue. Her visits aren't covered by insurance but when it comes to something as important as your health its best to pay extra out of pocket to get the quality of service that she provides. ~ Brad S

Courtney is AMAZING! I have been dealing with back pain since 2015, and went to at least 8 different kinds of doctors. I ended up having spinal fusion surgery in 2017, then had hardware removed in 2019. Unfortunately I started having pain in my lower back in December of 2019. Courtney spent 1.5 hours with me on my initial visit. She also studied a huge binder with all my previous doctors notes and reports. She is passionate about her work, I have NEVER met with any other doctor who is as thorough. She truly cares for me as a person and will unturn every rock until she has an answer. I have searched all over for someone like Courtney. I inquired in the evening about an appointment and she called me the next day first thing in the morning and was able to get me in. She treated my surgically repaired ankle and a new achilles injury I recently suffered. She did a full evaluation and went over the treatment process. She did a shockwave treatment (the sound was so relaxing I almost fell asleep) on my ankle and achilles. The swelling on my ankle was noticeably different immediately after the treatment and the next day it looked normal (which it had not since the surgery). I live in California and flew down to see her before a big golf event, and I will continue to commute for treatment. Courtney is very professional, knowledgable, and her shockwave technology is years beyond other treatment I have received! ~ Daryl M

I’ve only been working with Courtney for a few months, but in this short amount of time I’ve received more conscious CARE than I have in the past two years trying to find help with my chronic pain. During our first appointment, she greeted me with a hug and more compassion than I’ve come to expect. She gave me all the time I needed and and walked me through my back injury. She’s clear with her goals and intentions, but listens for how you want to proceed. Being able to text her or call her with any questions had been a great comfort in a situation of uncertainty. She also checks in with me and that helps knowing someone is in my corner. Courtney is amazing! I’ve been dealing with a lingering foot injury from December 2021, saw a podiatrist a few times & it still wasn’t 100% healed, so I found Courtney from all her reviews & I’m so glad I did. She made my initial appointment a comfortable experience, and I truly felt heard & understood. Courtney is a great example of being an active listener, she’s empathetic, and she’s very knowledgeable about healing injuries. She gave me a ton of options and recommendations (like at least 10), and she also encouraged me to advocate for myself if I didn’t feel comfortable with something, which I really appreciated. I want to thank Courtney for restoring my right arm from severe tendonitis to its prior level of function with a PRP Injection treatment. Her technique and expertise made me feel comfortable. I appreciated how she explained every step of the process to me. The PRP enabled me to decrease my pain and improve the use of my arm within 2 weeks. Although I know it may take up to 4 weeks to see the full benefits. My strength has increased, and I no longer need to take pain relieving medication at this point. I researched PRP treatment 7 years ago after my sports medicine doctor recommended it. So, the treatment lasted a good amount of time before I started showing persistent symptoms again. This treatment is of great value in stimulating healing using my own blood, and I felt reassured of its safety. This treatment modality will be part of my regime for years to come. ~ Helen J

Pain Management is not something to be taken lightly as it impacts peoples' lives daily and typically comes with all sorts of negative stigmas. With that said, there's no one I trust & appreciate in the Pain Management world more than Courtney Kelm! She's been a key part of my pain management & improved health for the past 6 years. She's innovative, cares about her patients and values their feedback. I would not be as healthy/pain free as I am today without her knowledgeable and diligent care. She never once made me feel 'judged' for suffering from chronic pain and helped create a regimen that also ensured my medicine intake fits MY needs while also limiting dependency as much as possible. I couldn't of asked for a more comforting visit. Never had I imagined what an awesome experience I would encounter. Full circle does not only make you feel welcomed, but offers great professional experience with most comforting atmosphere. Courtney is a talented, compassionate orthopedic Rockstar! She performed two rounds of PRP on my shoulder, elbows and hips due to weightlifting as weekend of warrior. The nagging injuries had been plaguing me for over a year, and I am finally regaining function, and pain free. As an Emergency Physician, I was so impressed with her knowledge, bedside manner, and comfort. She even was able to perform injections whilst my one year old, was fussy and crying-with such ease! I have been searching for relief to a nagging hip injury after being hit by a large SUV while riding my bike. I went to see Courtney thinking I would end up with a PRP injection. After a very thorough exam, Courtney recommended the shock wave therapy, something I had not heard of. After 3 treatments, my hip pain is almost gone and I am back to hiking. Courtney took a holistic view of my injuries and really dug into how my broken foot was healing (or not). She helped to navigate my recovery plan and this gave me the confidence to start the process of getting back on my feet and moving. The shock wave treatments work! You can feel it making an impact on the healing process at every visit. I have visited her office in Phoenix 4 times now and the difference in my ability to walk is significant! This is how medicine should be. They actually get back to you right away. You don’t have to wait a long time to be seen. They can generally get you in quickly. The facility is really nice, it is not like a typical cramped doctors office that reeks of rubbing alcohol. It is comfortable and casual. I love that they only take one person at a time so you are never stuck in a waiting room with a bunch of strangers. The practitioners are fantastic. Very personable and great listeners. Their prices are very reasonable. I have been several times and the practitioners take great care of me. Most recently I was there for severe tendinitis in my elbow. They did everything they could to not only treat the injury, but mitigate the pain. I am a professional musician, and was not able to play the guitar without their help. Could not recommend this place more highly. If you are fed up with doctors and the system in general, this place is a great alternative. ~ Eric M

Courtney has been such a huge help with my therapy. She actually cares about your health unlike most places that will see you and dope you up with medication. She takes her time and finds a solution that will better you and make your healing stronger and faster. I’ve dealt with tension headaches and neck pain for a few years. That is until going to Courtney. After only one cortisone injection I have noticed such a big difference. Amazing. I wasted so much time and money on massage therapists and physical therapy. Its been a few years since I’ve seen Courtney and overall 4 injections and I no longer get tension Headaches that last for days and the knots I had deep in my neck are gone. Full Circle Orthopedics is unlike any other treatment option you will run across. One on one, highly personalized, in a boutique type setting. It's so different from a traditional medical office, you'll barely know you're in one. However, Courtney's expertise and compassion is obvious upon first visit. I arrived with a fairly complex set of pain issues; she patiently, methodically put me on a path to recovery. If you really need a *partner* in getting you back to where you want to be, you'll be in good hands. Can't recommend Courtney and Full Circle Orthopedics enough. ~ Steve P

Courtney was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me with my sprained lumbar which was extremely painful and had been ongoing for 3 weeks until I found her. Courtney used a shockwave therapy machine which cured me thankfully cause I wasn’t sure what to do for the pain. She also used a steroid. The machine was a bit painful but it had to be to break up the tissues. It was a good but bad pain. I saw her once a week for just 2 weeks and I was cured. I have already referred her to a couple friends. ~ Holly M

Courtney is an amazing provider. She is very detailed and really listens to your concerns. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. She followed up with me the next day and the week after that and even six weeks after that. She spoke to my physical therapist so, she really makes it a full hands-on team effort. Full Circle Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is what all of healthcare should be. I went to Courtney after a six week long bout of bursitis, as I was trying to wait to get in to see an Orthopedic Provider; Courtney immediately took me out of excruciating pain. After visiting the Provider twice in one week and never even receiving a full exam, (only X-rays and orders for tests), I returned to Full Circle. What would have cost me the time and money of at least 15 visits to the Orthopedic Office, Courtney already took care of in 2 visits. More importantly, my pain went to a tolerable low level. Courtney Kelm, PA-C has a fully equipped medical office and provides concierge care providing full comprehensive hour exams and treatments; she truly cares and listens to her patients. At the Orthopedic office, I had no voice, and I was treated just like a number. At Courtney’s Full Circle Pain Management, I was treated like a human being! Courtney was very helpful. I was referred to her for a bulging disc. When she methodically reviewed the MRI with me and did a thorough physical evaluation, her assessment was that my sciatica might be due to piriformis syndrome. So far she appears to be correct and I feel I’m on the right track to being able to do many of the things that I enjoy - with little to no more pain. Prior to this point I had been borderline depressed that perhaps I would no longer be able to do those things. ~ David L
