I’ve only been working with Courtney for a few months, but in this short amount of time I’ve received more conscious CARE than I have in the past two years trying to find help with my chronic pain. During our first appointment, she greeted me with a hug and more compassion than I’ve come to expect. She gave me all the time I needed and and walked me through my back injury. She’s clear with her goals and intentions, but listens for how you want to proceed. Being able to text her or call her with any questions had been a great comfort in a situation of uncertainty. She also checks in with me and that helps knowing someone is in my corner. As someone who is always financially anxious, I was really worried about going out of network, but Courtney provides actual care and compassion that makes it a worthwhile investment. ~ Franny C
I have an old spine injury (1991) and have been pretty well .. up until 5 months ago. I was given Full Circle Orthopedics name by a trusted person who could not say enough about Courtney Kelm. It's always a little frightening to just cold call (anyone) when it comes to our back. I am so glad that I did! If your looking for a healthcare professional who cares and is fully invested in solving your issues Courtney is 100% the best person for the job. She was able to finally diagnose my issue after 4 years of being misdiagnosed. Her approach is completely different from the corporate healthcare process that most of us are used to (10-15 minutes talking with a Dr before they move on to the next patient + cookie cutter treatment). She spends the time researching, listening, testing, and collaborating to make sure your properly diagnosed and to provide all the different treatment options for your specific issue. Her visits aren't covered by insurance but when it comes to something as important as your health its best to pay extra out of pocket to get the quality of service that she provides. ~ Brad S
